How do I know I can trust Euroclean?

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my maid service?

Simply call or email our office 48-hours /2 business days/ before your scheduled home cleaning. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.

In terms of Price & Quality, how does Euroclean compare?

At Euroclean, we believe in providing cleaning services tailored to fit your needs and your budget.

Our quality is superior to other cleaning companies because our regular cleaning service includes almost everything other cleaning companies call 'deep cleaning'. Most customers who have appointed us to replace another housekeeper experience a significant upgrade in terms of quality, professionalism and customer service. In all respects, our service represents good value.

Will the maids speak English?

All of our maids are European-trained cleaners, and all of them speak English.

Can I use Euroclean occasionally?

Absolutely! Euroclean welcome and appreciate each and every client. You can book our service for a top to bottom 'deep cleaning' even if you already have a regular housekeeper.

Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

Eurolean cleaning hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Most of our customers aren't home during the cleaning appointments but the vast majority trust us with the key to their home. We can always discuss the best way for you to fit us to your busy schedule.

Does Euroclean provide cleaning equipment and supplies?

We bring all of the equipment and supplies needed for the cleaning visit. If you have a preference for a specific product that you have and we do not carry, then we are happy to use that product in place of our own – just let us know.

How do I pay Euroclean?

Payments are due the day of your scheduled service. For our clients convenience we accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards as well as e-payment.

What time does Euroclean arrive?

We are very strict with our cleaning appointments. We are always there when we promise. However, we ask our clients to give us about 10-15 minutes window.
